Rules for using UTOS Travel.

1. Nature of the product

UTOS Travel is a digital organization and planning product. It is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets, does not make reservations, and does not replace official rules from providers, authorities, or service vendors.

2. Account and access

Private area access requires an authenticated account and confirmed payment. Unlock happens via payment webhook, not via the checkout success page alone.

3. Permitted use

Content must be used for personal trip planning. Copying, reselling, redistributing, or commercial exploitation without authorization is not permitted.

4. Information and decisions

The product helps organize tasks and decisions. Information subject to official rules, availability, external pricing, or third-party policies must be verified directly at the source.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by an external provider. Refunds follow the published refund policy and may result in access revocation.

6. Changes

Terms may be updated to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational flows. The version published on this page governs use of the service.
