Payment data
Payments are processed by an external provider. UTOS Travel records operational purchase information such as status, checkout identifiers, and amounts, but does not store full card details.
Usage data
The private area may store information you enter to organize your trip, such as dates, tasks, budget, reservations, and operational preferences.
Communications
We may send transactional emails related to signup, password recovery, purchase confirmation, access unlock, and important product notices.
Sharing
Data may be processed by providers required for operation, such as authentication, database, payment, email, and hosting. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Integration secrets remain on the server. Administrative access and private tables follow authorization policies and database security rules.
