UTOS Travel is a digital organization product. Purchase, access, and guarantee follow simple, transparent rules.

Does UTOS Travel replace a travel agency?

No. The product organizes your preparation and decisions, but it does not sell packages, tickets, reservations, or individual consulting.

Is access unlocked immediately on the success page?

No. The success page only confirms checkout completion. Access is unlocked when the payment webhook confirms the purchase.

Do I need trip dates already?

Not required. Dates help you use the timeline better, but the guide also works if you're still shaping the plan.

Does content use official park information?

The product helps organize decisions and references. When information depends on official rules, verify directly with the relevant provider.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Public and private experiences are mobile-first, designed for quick reference while planning and during the trip.

Can I plan more than one trip?

The app currently works with one active trip at a time. You can update dates and preferences in Trip details and regenerate the plan when needed.

How does the personalized plan work?

After onboarding with dates and preferences, we automatically build a prep plan and suggested itinerary from the operations guide. You can edit everything manually and regenerate if key details change.

Is payment recurring?

No. Current checkout is a one-time payment for the configured product.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. The refund policy states the configured guarantee period and how to request a refund.

What happens if I cancel checkout?

Nothing is unlocked and no completed charge should grant access. You can return to checkout and try again.
